Turn the overgrown back half of your Johnstown property into woods you can actually use. Honeysuckle gone, keeper trees still standing, and no brush pile next to the neighbor's house.
Thanks. We'll call to set up a time to walk the property.
We'll see you at the property. A confirmation is on its way to your email.

The woods behind the house, opened up. You can walk them, see through them, and keep the walnuts and oaks you like. The thick layer underneath is gone. It's ground into mulch and left on the ground, with no pile to burn and nothing hauled down the street.
Most residential jobs take one to three days. You'll have the plan and the price before anything starts.
A common Johnstown-area layout: a house near the road, a mowed yard, and then a tree line where the old farm stopped being kept up. That tree line fills with bush honeysuckle, wild grape, multiflora rose, and sometimes Callery pear seeded from nearby yards.
We grind that layer with a tracked skid steer and a mulching head. It handles stems up to about 6 inches across, and up to about 8 inches with more time. Before we start, we walk the property with you and flag every tree that stays.
Want a path through it? That's trail creation. Woods moving into your last bit of open grass? That's tree line pushback. Only the fence wire matters? That's fence line clearing. If you need a vacant parcel cleared for a house, that's land clearing, not this.
Expect a few stumps to try to resprout. That's normal, and you won't be on your own with it. We cover the plan before the job and again after: mow it with your own equipment or spot-spray the right herbicide, and let grass fill in and crowd the invasives out for good.
We don't cut into creek channels. We don't work when the ground would rut, and ruts on the edge of a neighborhood are something everyone on the street sees. We also hold off in very dry weather, when the mulching head is a fire risk near houses.
Johnstown is a Licking County village in Monroe Township, where US-62 and SR-37 meet, a short drive south of our Centerburg base. A lot of the land around it was farmed and has since been split into home lots, which is why so many properties have a finished front and an overgrown back.
Most of the jobs here are on acreage around the village. Small, fenced village yards usually don't fit the machine, and we'll tell you if yours doesn't. Low draws that look dry in summer can hold water for days after rain, and the honeysuckle is usually thickest there. Leaving the mulch on that ground helps keep the soil in place.
